FIELD: coffee industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the coffee industry. Method is implemented as follows. Prepare an extractive part, where ground roasted coffee is mixed with warm water at a temperature of 40–50 °C with periodic stirring for 10–30 minutes. Mixture is infused for 7–20 hours at a temperature of 10–20 °C. With use of decanting device, the liquid fraction is separated and filtered through a clean filter into a blending container. Carry out the bottling of the drink.

EFFECT: invention provides a product with high organoleptic characteristics (bright rich soft taste, without excessive bitterness of the drink, which is present in traditional extraction coffee) and a high content of beneficial components, in particular vitamin P and vitamin B12.
