FIELD: robotics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to robotics, namely to the walking mobile robots, and is intended to perform works in extreme situations, mainly under the open space conditions and to the on-planet missions accomplishment. Walking space micro robot leg foot is made with variable stiffness in the form of flexible plate with rigid elements placed thereon at intervals between each other with the rigid elements. At that, the rigid elements total area per the plate surface unit area is monotonously decreasing from heel to toe. Foot is connected to the leg with the heel using the hinge with one degree of freedom.
EFFECT: invention enables the design simplification, the foot adaptation to the movement surface and the foot with the surface reliable contact.
