SUBSTANCE: assembly contains an annular cutting tool that is held at the far end portion of the mandrel inserted into the welded pipe being manufactured and is used for continuous cutting of the weld bead formed on the inner surface of the welded pipe. Node with an annular cutting tool is formed by installing an annular tool having an annular cutter, in a sleeve having a circular hole, to hold the outer periphery of the annular tool.
EFFECT: extension of the service life of the ring tool is achieved, as well as an improvement in the productivity of the welded pipe.
