SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective cap (3) for dispenser (2) and to dispensing device (1) comprising dispenser (2) for dispensing pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic liquids. Dispenser (2) comprises liquid container (21) and has outlet (24) through which liquid (100) can be discharged into the environment. Protective cap (3) has inner component (4) and outer component (5). Inner component (4) has at least one ventilation hole (40) to provide communication between the inner volume of protective cap (3) and the environment. Outer component (5) is adapted to be installed, before first use of device, on inner component (4) in a first position, in which inner component (4) and outer component (5) are in tight contact with each other, and at least one ventilation hole (40) is separated from the environment in an air-tight and sterile manner. Outer component (5) is configured to move relative to inner component (4) from the first position to at least a second position, in which inner component (4) and outer component (5) are not in tight contact with each other, and at least one ventilation hole (40) communicates with the environment.

EFFECT: protective cap for a dispenser and a dispenser for dispensing liquid medicinal and/or cosmetic products are disclosed.
