SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a protective cap for a dispenser, as well as to a dispenser for discharging pharmaceutical and / or cosmetic liquids. Dispenser (2) comprises liquid container (21) and has outlet opening (24) through which liquid (4) can be discharged into the environment. Protective cap (3) has outer component (31) and internal component (32) inserted therein, wherein in one embodiment which at least one ventilation channel (33) is formed between them, which can be overlapped by a blocking element and provides communication between the interior of protective cap (3) and the environment, and in another embodiment, internal component (32) overlaps a vent opening of outer component (31).
EFFECT: dispenser and a cap for it are offered.
