SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to a device for separating milk. Said milk separation device comprises a housing with an inlet connecting element and an outlet connecting element and a lid with a connecting element for a vacuum pipe. Said housing has a protruding shelf section on the inner periphery. Said shelf section forms an inclined plane that spirals upward in the circumferential direction against the force of gravity at an angle of inclination.
EFFECT: prevents the formation of milk foam.
