Abstract RU 2675481 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and may be applicable to fundoplication. Firstly, the left trunk of the vagus nerve is allocated with its branch of Latarje during the cardiac part of the stomach for a length of 3.5–4 cm. Then the right trunk is extracted and, similarly, the left branch of the latter is mobilized. Formation of a symmetric fundoplication cuff 5-6 cm in length, 360° long starts from below upward from the cardiac part of the stomach due to its anterior and posterior walls, which are taken in symmetrical seams, while leaving on each wall an area of adhesion equal to or 0.2–0.3 cm less than 1/4 of the circumference of the esophagus, and the desulfurized part of the cardiac part of the stomach is stitched. Further, the wall of the esophagus is strictly along its axis and above the line of stitching of the stomach by 0.7–1 cm. Then complete the application of sutures without tension at a level of 1–2 cm above the cardial incision of the stomach. Further, the formation of a fundoplication cuff for 270° and 230° on the abdominal part of the esophagus by fixing the anterior wall of the stomach on the front wall of the esophagus by two separate sutures and fixation of the posterior wall of the stomach to the back wall of the esophagus by two separate sutures.

EFFECT: method allows to shorten the operation time, prevent the development of hypoacid and atrophic gastritis against the background of hypoacid and anacid conditions.
