SUBSTANCE: fondoplication of laparoscopic access with two trocars 10 mm, two trocars5 mm is performed. When determining the additional volume of the operative measure, the calculated values of the relative reduction of thickness of the diaphragm (Rh) and the relative expansion of the esophageal opening of the diaphragm (Rp) are taken into account. The parameters of the average value of the thickness of the diaphragm, the perimeter of the diaphragm and the perimeter of the esophageal opening of the diaphragm is used for calculation according to a computed tomography. The volume of the operative measure in the form of laparoscopic fundoplication before the anterior wall of the stomach can be supplemented by posterior cataract and alloplasty.
