SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to high-pressure roller presses for high-pressure comminution and a method of preventing vibration during said comminution. Roller press comprises two counter-rotating rollers that form a nip through which the material to be comminuted passes, a feed device, a device for deaeration of the comminuted material, a comminution auxiliary liquid line. Deaeration device is located directly above a compression zone. Auxiliary liquid line is placed in the volume of the material to be comminuted and reaches the deaeration device. Method comprises feeding the material to be comminuted into the device in the area of the compression zone, where the material to be comminuted is deaerated by means of the device for deaerating the material to be comminuted. Deaeration device is placed directly above the compression zone. Material to be comminuted is moistened shortly before it is pulled into the nip between the rollers by means of the comminution auxiliary liquid line. Said line is placed in the volume of comminuted material with the possibility of reaching the deaeration device.

EFFECT: in the roller press, due to the uniform distribution of the material to be comminuted as a result of the deaeration of the material to be comminuted, vibration is prevented during the operation of the press.
