FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method of gases dedusting includes input in the cyclone with top axial exhaust branch of the cleaned gas, gas dedusting in the cylindrical casing due to centrifugal forces upon translational movement of the rotating flow downwards with turn of the cleaned flow upward, gathering of the caught dust, spraying of the secondary coagulating liquid in form of jets, oriented to the flow of the caught dust, with creation of the mixture of the caught dust and secondary coagulating liquid, briquetting of the mixture of the caught dust and secondary coagulating liquid in the roller press. Briquetting of the mixture of the caught dust and secondary coagulating liquid is performed together with wood sawdust pre-moistened by the secondary coagulating liquid to humidity 1-15%, and supplied to top part of the cyclone casing. The roller press is located in the bottom part of the cyclone casing.
EFFECT: increased degree of gases dedusting and increased stability of the briquetting.
