FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: this method includes introduction of gas to be purified into a cyclone with upper axial exhaust branch pipe, purification of gas from dust in a cylindrical housing by centrifugal forces at translational motion of rotating flow from the top to the bottom with turning purified flow upward, collection of trapped dust flow, spraying auxiliary coagulating liquid in the form of jets oriented to the flow of trapped dust with formation of a mixture of trapped dust and auxiliary coagulating liquid, supply of pore-forming additives wetted by auxiliary coagulating liquid to the upper part of the cyclone, briquetting of trapped dust mixture, pore-forming additives and auxiliary coagulating liquid in roller press with production of briquettes. In this case, tubular particles of plant origin or agricultural waste with a particle length of 0.11.0 diameter of the briquette, and particle thickness equal to 0.010.2 diameter of the briquettes, in the amount of 110 g/m3 of gas to be purified are used as pore-forming additives for briquettes.
EFFECT: increasing the degree of gas purification from dust and improving the consumer properties of the briquettes.
