FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment and can be used in evacuating an injured patient, in restorative treatment of patients with locomotor disorders of various aetiology in order to improve the quality of treatment, where immobilization is required, as well as in other areas. Casing is made from airtight material. Insert layers are created, at that, for preparation of insert layer two pieces of airproof fabric are taken, they are fixed so that a container for filler is produced. Then filler is filled into produced container and remaining free sides of bag are attached. Resulting bag is divided into several cells. Further, one more same insert layer is made, but cells are formed so that sides of cells of one layer do not coincide with sides of cells of the other layer when layers of insert are applied on each other. Then sides of layers are interconnected and ready insert is arranged in shell. At that, at least two layers are used for production of insert. Immobilization tire simulated by said method consists of shell and insert. Shell is represented by at least one layer made of an airtight material. Fixing elements and check valve are fixed on the shell. In shell there are at least two layers of insert, which are filled with filler. Each layer of the insert is divided into cells, wherein sides of cells of at least two layers of the insert do not match; sides of insert layers are fixed to each other.
EFFECT: invention enables to prevent the filler migration downwards, inside the immobilization tire, to air pumping, to ensure uniform distribution of the filler on its entire working surface, due to which it is possible to use the immobilization tire in any position of the victim, both in horizontal and vertical, giving the necessary required rigidity to the tire.
