FIELD: personal articles and house appliances.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of meeting human vital needs and can be used in medical-preventive and rehabilitation purposes for correction and prevention of spinal pathology, in furniture production, in particular, in production of mattresses for beds, seats and medical and preventive and health-improving equipment. Disclosed is an integral mattress for sleeping and rest with a resilient base coated with skin material, inside of which along the whole volume there are non-contacting reinforcing inserts from elastically deformable material, made, at least, one of them, in form of a combination of three-dimensional geometric figures installed one above other and/or one inside another and made from material with different density different from that of resilient base material.
EFFECT: ensuring optimal physiological position of the user's body and, as a result, higher comfort and ease of use due to optimal load distribution on the body surface and giving the necessary position to the trunk and extremities.
