Device contains the throttle-valve type pneumatic impact mechanism, a working tool with a shank, a cylindrical body, a cup with the air from the mains supply channel, annular flange with a central hole and the inlet throttle channel, located in a cylindrical housing striker with a through axial hole and a bypass blind channel on the side surface and separating the of the cylindrical body cavity into the working and idling strokes chambers, mounted in the annular flange central hole a rod-tube, passed through the central hole in the cup and fixed relative to it. In the idle stroke chamber from the working tool shank side, the front annular bypass chamber and the rear annular bypass chamber are made in the form of notches, separated by the bead so that with the notches interaction with the blind channel bypass on the striker side surface, the annular deceleration chamber is connected to the annular accumulation chamber, and in the supported on the working tool shank striker position, the front annular bypass chamber and the rear annular bypass chamber communicate with the accumulation chamber and the annular deceleration chamber.
