SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to a method of inhibiting the nuclear factor kappa B in a cell culture, including the addition of bacterial lipopolysaccharide at a concentration of 1 mcg/ml to the freshly isolated by the standard method on a ficoll density gradient to mononuclear blood cells of Wistar rats, then adding potassium 5-hydroxynicotinate dissolved in phosphate-buffered saline to a final concentration of 35 mcg/ml to this mixture.

EFFECT: invention provides effective inhibition of the nuclear factor kappa B.
