SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for obtaining an agent for blocking experimental parkinsonism. Method for obtaining an agent for blocking experimental parkinsonism comprises the preparation of a homogenized crude biomass of darkling beetles Alphitobius diaperinus bodies, homogenized biomass of darkling beetles Alphitobius diaperinus bodies is further subjected to aqueous extraction in two stages: at the first stage, one part of the darkling beetles Alphitobius diaperinus bodies is filled with distilled water, infused, centrifuged, and the centrate is separated; at the second stage, the resulting precipitate is filled with distilled water, infused, centrifuged, the centrate is separated, the obtained centrates are combined, the combined centrate is passed through a Millipore bacterial filter, and an aqueous extract of the darkling beetles Alphitobius diaperinus bodies is obtained, wherein the extract comprises: uracil, thymine, isoleucine, proline, phenylalanine, eumelanin, and immobilization is carried out by applying the aqueous extract to the ground sterile phyto-carrier until a moisture content of not more than 12 wt% is achieved.

EFFECT: above-described method provides increased effectiveness of the agent.
