FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: agent capable of stimulating the proliferation of cells of cultures of MSC-mesenchymal stem cells from the bone marrow of a donor and HEF-human embryonic fibroblasts is presented, which is an antibacterially treated aqueous extract of the biomass of the darkling beetle Alphitobius diaperinus, containing at least 15 % by weight of solids, including free amino acids, peptides, sugars, and acids. It was obtained by homogenization of the beetle biomass, aqueous extraction of the beetle homogenate with stirring for a day, and separation of the extract. The resulting precipitate is re-extracted during the day with stirring, similarly, the secondary extract is separated from the precipitate. The extracts are combined, centrifuged for 20 min at 5,000 rpm, the supernatant is drained and subjected to antibacterial treatment.

EFFECT: invention allows to expand the arsenal of means providing the ability to stimulate cell proliferation of cultures of MSC-mesenchymal stem cells from the bone marrow of a donor and HEF-human embryonic fibroblasts.
