FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, in particular to a method for producing nanocapsules, and describes a method for producing nanocapsules of dry extract of nettle in a sodium alginate shell. Method is characterized by adding dry extract of nettle to a suspension of sodium alginate in butanol in the presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two edible fatty acid molecules and one or two citric acid molecules as a surfactant with 1,000 stirring/min, chloroform is then poured in, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered off and dried at room temperature, and the core:shell mass ratio is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method provides a simplification and acceleration of the process of producing nanocapsules, a reduction in losses in the preparation of nanocapsules and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
