SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine, and food industry. Method for obtaining nanocapsules of a dry hop cone extract is characterized in that sodium nanoparticles are used as the nanocapsule coating, and as a kernel – a dry extract of hop cones is used, while the dry extract of cones of hops is added to a suspension of sodium alginate in petroleum ether in the presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of food fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as a surfactant with stirring at 1,000 rpm, halocarbon-113 is added further, the obtained nanocapsule suspension is filtered off and dried at room temperature, with a core: shell weight ratio of 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method for obtaining nanocapsules of a dry extract of hop cones is proposed.
