SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method of producing nanocapsules of dry burdock, characterized in that sodium alginate is used as a shell of nanocapsules, dry burdock extract is used as a core, while dry burdock extract is added to suspension of sodium alginate in petroleum ether in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant with stirring at 1000 rpm, further methylene chloride is poured, resulting suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, while mass ratio of core: shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method described above allows to simplify and speed up process of obtaining nanocapsules and increase the yield by weight.
