SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method of producing nanocapsules of muirapuama dry extract is characterized by that nano capsules are represented by sodium alginate, dry extract of muirapuama, wherein the dry extract of muirapuama is added to a suspension of sodium alginate in ethanol in presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of food fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as a surfactant while stirring at 900 rpm, then, chladone-112 is added, obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein weight ratio of core to shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing nanocapsules of dry extract of muirapuama.
