FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the gas industry, namely to equipment for conducting research in order to prepare input data for the calculation of gas and condensate reserves, and also operational characteristics of gas and gas condensate wells at any stage of their completion. Mobile unit for research and completion of wells contains a technological unit that is mounted and fixed on a vehicle. Process unit contains a separator and a reservoir for collecting liquid, structurally combined into a single design, gas condensate mixture inlet lines, methanol injection, gas metering, fluid metering, drainage and bypass line. Separator is equipped with a safety relief valve. Liquid collection tank has calibrated marks, is equipped with a fluid sampling unit, a level sensor and level-level visual indexes indicating the level of separation of media and liquid level. Gas-condensate mixture inlet line is equipped with two parallel reduction units, each of which is fitted with a stop valve and a throttle. Methanol injection line is configured to be connected through a valve back to the inlet line of the gas condensate mixture and is equipped with a flow capacity, a high pressure pump, a flowmeter. Gas measuring line is designed to be connected to the pipeline by a torch, it is equipped with means for determining the gas flow rate, a gas flow regulator and two parallel gas metering units, on each of which are installed a stop valve and means for determining the gas flow, as the said means, a vortex gas meter is used. Liquid metering line is equipped with a liquid meter, a regulating shut-off valve and is configured to be connected via a stop valve to the drainage line. Gas and liquid measuring lines are equipped with a sampling device and are configured to be connected to a line. Bypass line is configured to be connected via a stop valve to the gas condensate mixture inlet line and is configured to be connected to the line.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expanded technological capabilities of the installation.
