SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of forming the structure of production for preparing and processing associated and natural gas and can be used at enterprises of the petroleum and gas industry. Block-modular mobile autonomous light-duty complex for preparing and processing associated and natural gas is used in depreservation of development and exploratory boreholes, is connected to one or to a cluster of adjacent depreserved boreholes, consists of process apparatus and devices installed on moving platforms, wherein the process apparatus are combined into separate blocks ensuring the implementation of a specific process task, selected from the group: A-1 - block for logging the parameters and consumption of source hydrocarbon gas; A-2 - block for laboratory analyses of hydrocarbon gas; A-3 - block for mechanical purification of hydrocarbon gas from mechanical impurities; A-4 - block for hydromechanical purification of hydrocarbon gas from water; A-5 - block for separation of hydrocarbon gas and liquid hydrocarbons; B-1 - block for membrane release of helium from hydrocarbon gas; B-2 - block for absorption purification of hydrocarbon gas from hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide; B-3 - block for absorbent regeneration; B-4 - block of regenerative heat exchangers; B-5 - block of air cooling apparatus; V-1 - block of electric power generators driven by internal combustion engines; V-2 - block of water vapour generators with energy intake from the combustion of hydrocarbon gas; V-3 - block of the adsorbent regeneration gas generator with energy intake from the combustion of hydrocarbon gas; G-1 - block of absorbers providing deep drying of natural gas; G-2 - block of compressors ensuring the principle of multi-stage refrigerant compression; G-3 - block of compressors ensuring the principle of multi-stage hydrocarbon gas compression; G-4 - block of refrigerators ensuring deep cooling of hydrocarbon gas by the refrigerant; G-5 - block of expanders ensuring deep cooling of natural gas; D-1 - fractionation block ensuring the separation of a wide fraction of light hydrocarbons from hydrocarbon gas; D-2 - block of the cryogenic distillation column ensuring the production of liquefied natural gas; E-1 - block of reagent containers; E-2 - block of tanks for the storage of liquid end products; E-3 - block of tanks for the storage of gaseous products; E-4 - block of tanks for the storage of collected petroleum or gas condensate; E-5 - block for the storage of installation pipelines; E-6 - repair shop block; ZH-1 - complex control block with a computer workplace; ZH-2 - sanitary and utility block; individual blocks of the required standard sizes can therein be combined into modules placed on moving platforms common for the module, composition of blocks and modules is selected depending on the specific properties of hydrocarbon gas. The invention ensures the preparation and processing of associated and natural gas developed from depreserved boreholes of worked-out fields with lost infrastructure, and ensures the formation of a flexible process flow of gas processing due to the set of necessary blocks forming modules placed on automobile platforms, with account for the specifics of the depreserved field, flow rate and composition of gas at the site, the industrial structure, infrastructure and logistics of the area. The specific feature of the complex consists in the possibility of using individual pre-manufactured functional blocks, stored in warehouses, to form, from a set of standard sizes, a standard range of devices with a certain productivity, making it possible to meet the requirements of a specific gas field whereto the created complex is to be directed. The nomenclature of the blocks ensures that the complex implements certain process techniques in settings of autonomous operation of the complex, when the complex needs to be used to collect gas from an abandoned field with destroyed infrastructure and distanced from electricity sources and populated areas by tens of kilometres, or to dispose of the previously flared natural or associated gas of active fields. The selection of blocks of the required productivity allows for adaptation of the formed complex to the specific features of the depreserved field, wherein the process flow of the complex is also substantiated with account for the infrastructure and logistics of the area, as well as the industrial structure thereof, allowing for the development of an optimal set of end products.

EFFECT: ensured preparation and processing of associated and natural gas developed from depreserved boreholes of worked-out fields with lost infrastructure.
