Soldering is carried out by the sheets heating to the temperature equal to the temperature at the Ac3 point of steel sheets or more. Performing hot stamping with quenching and shaping of the heated at the soldering stage said set of sheets. Using the solid metal solder with a liquidus temperature lower than the said heating temperature. Before quenching at the hot stamping stage, the temperature at the steel sheets Ar3 point at the position near the solid metal solder is higher than the temperature at the steel sheets base metal Ar3 point. Steel sheets quenching onset temperature at the hot stamping stage is equal to or less than the temperature at the steel sheets base metal Ar3 point.
EFFECT: resulting soldered joint has excellent tensile strength.
