FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plug-type sleeve for fastening, in particular, on an object in the form of a rod, cable or pipe. Device comprises first end (100), which has opening (110) for accommodating portion (2a) of the object and circumferential groove (120) with annular seal (140) located therein, made of an elastomeric material that is intended to be applied to the outer surface of said portion (2a). Further, the plug-type sleeve comprises essentially the shape of a sleeve connected to clamping element (140) configured to allow sliding, in the longitudinal direction of the plug-type sleeve, of tension element (150) for axial compression and the resulting narrowing of ring seal (140), wherein tension element (150) has such a shape and is made so that the external load, through working fluid, causes axial elongation of the tension element.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the coupling process.
