SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used on livestock farms to feed animals. Cattle feeder includes a feed bin and an unloading mechanism adjoining to it in the form of a rotating front impeller enclosed in a housing, in the walls of which there are discharging nozzles. In this case, the walls of the discharging nozzles are made in the form of louvered grilles of bars installed perpendicular to the direction of air flows, and a damper limiting blowing of the light fractions of the feed is freely suspended in an opening of the nozzles.

EFFECT: invention provides cost savings by reducing feed losses.
