SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of basic organic synthesis, in particular to a method for separating a four-component cyclohexene-water-cyclohexanone-DMSO mixture, according to which in the first rectification column the intermediate separation of the mixture into two binary components is carried out: cyclohexene-water – in the distillate, cyclohexanone-DMSO – in the cube, further separation of the binary component cyclohexene-water is carried out using a complex containing a Florentine vessel and a stripping rectification column, wherein treated cyclohexene is released in the cube of the stripping rectification column, and treated water is released in the aqueous layer of the Florentine vessel, and the binary component cyclohexanone-DMSO is separated in the second rectification column, operating under reduced pressure to increase the volatility of cyclohexanone relative to DMSO. Treated cyclohexanone is released in the distillate of the second rectification column, and treated DMSO is released in the cubes.

EFFECT: invention provides for the separation of the reaction mixture of any composition into practically pure components, id est components, the quality of which satisfies the existing requirements.
