SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry, is designed to control the moisture content of products of oil wells and can be used to obtain information for production control systems in oil fields. According to the method, remote depth pressure sensors of manometric densitometers are placed in the well above the downhole pumping installation of the borehole chamber – tubing so that one gauge is hydraulically communicated with the inner space of the tubing, and the other one with the outer space of the tubing with the possibility of duplicating these devices along the length of the tubing string and then determining the average density of the fluid. Install wellhead gauges in the intertubular space and in tubing and ground flow moisture meter to measure the water content of the products at the outlet of the oil producing well. In this case, the readings of the ground flow moisture meter are considered reliable only when they correspond, taking into account the velocity of the fluid, to the moments when the fluid does not move in the intertubular space and when the density of the fluid at the outlet of the deep-well pumping installation is equal to the average density of the fluid in the tubing, determined by remote depth pressure sensors of manometric density meters at the inlet and outlet of the deep-well pumping installation and wellhead gauges.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the control of moisture content in the production of an oil well, carried out without stopping the operation of the downhole pumping equipment and without tripping operations of the deep gauges, improved reliability of moisture content control in the production of an oil-producing well with automatic control of the mode of operation of the well.
