FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of highly loaded composite discs with functionally graded properties for gas turbine plants (GTP) and gas turbine engines (GTE) operating under temperature gradient conditions and having mechanical properties changing over section. Powdered high-strength nickel-base alloys are claimed, as well as a composite disc of the gas-turbine plant consisting of a hub and a rim. The hub is made of a nickel-based powder alloy containing, wt %: carbon 0.02-0.04; chromium 11.0-12.2; cobalt 14.0-16.0; tungsten 0.35-0.6; molybdenum 3.7-4.1; aluminium 3.4-3.8; titanium 5.0-5.4; niobium 0.15-0.25; zirconium 0.02-0.04; boron 0.015-0.025; hafnium 0.15-0.25; magnesium 0.0020-0.0075, the rest is nickel having grain size up to 30 microns. The rim is made of a nickel-based powder alloy containing, wt %: carbon 0.02-0.04; chromium 11.0-13.0; cobalt 17.0-19.0; tungsten 1.5-2.6; molybdenum 3.2-3.8; aluminium 3.0-3.5; titanium 4.0-4.5; niobium 0.15-0.25; zirconium 0.02-0.04; boron 0.015-0.03; tantalum 2.3-2.6; hafnium 0.15-0.25; magnesium 0.002-0.0075, the rest is nickel having grain size of up to 150 microns.
EFFECT: alloys have reduced density providing long-term and short-term strength, and structural stability of the disc service life in combination with high corrosion resistance.
