FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to casting corrosion-resistant heat-resistant nickel-based alloys with chromium and cobalt, and can be used for casting gas turbine hot section parts of plants operating in aggressive media at temperatures of 700-1,000 °C. Heat-resistant nickel-based alloy for casting gas turbine hot section parts of plants with equiaxial structure contains, wt%: carbon 0.07-0.12; chrome 18.3-19.5; cobalt 3.7-4.5; tungsten 4.6-5.2; aluminium 3.2-3.5; titanium 3.9-4.2; tantalum 0.9-1.2; niobium 0.1-0.25; boron 0.008-0.012; cerium 0.01-0.012; yttrium 0.01-0.012; molybdenum 0.15-0.3; hafnium 0.05-0.15; manganese 0.01-0.012; nickel - balance. Total content of niobium and hafnium is 0.2-0.3 wt%, total content of aluminium and titanium 7.2-7.7 wt% with respect to titanium content of aluminium content 1.2-1.32.
EFFECT: higher corrosion resistance and structural stability for service life of blades and hot section parts with equiaxial structure at increased minimum guaranteed and average values of strength and ductility at operating temperatures 880-950 °C.
