FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power supply to auxiliary equipment of vehicles. Power supply system includes a first circuit, a second circuit, and a voltage controller. First circuit includes a first power line connected to the first load, a power source and the first battery. Second circuit includes a second power line connected to the second load and a second battery connected to the second power line. Second load may perform a function that replaces the function performed by the first load. Voltage controller includes a converter control module and a dc-to-dc converter. Converter is connected between the first and second power supply lines. Converter control module is configured to control the converter in such a manner that an output voltage greater than or equal to the voltage of the second battery is output to the second power supply line.
EFFECT: technical result is the ability to prevent premature discharge of the second battery.
