FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to devices for blowing oxidative blast of sulphide copper melt or polymetallic raw materials, and can be used in ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy. Bottom and side blowing tuyere contains the body of the lance with a cooling channel, a main blast pipe, a protective blast pipe, a lance rim, a cooled element, and a ceramic metal nozzle. Pipe for the main blast and the pipe for the protective blast are located coaxially relative to each other. Ceramic metal nozzle is located on the main part of the tuyere and is made of a material with an average thermal conductivity of at least 30 W/(m⋅°C) and latent heat of phase transition not less than 1000 kJ/kg.
EFFECT: as a result, an increase in the reliability and service life of the tuyere is ensured, as well as an increase in the efficiency of cooling the tuyere under high thermal loads.
