SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for transferring a sub-quantity and sub-quantity-weighing scales. Sub-quantity-weighing scales (10) having product-feeding device (12) product-distributing device (13) and a plurality of sub-quantity-storage containers (15) for transferring sub-quantities to a weighing device, from which the sub-quantities pass into a packaging container, wherein product (18) is fed into sub-quantity-storage containers (15) in each case by means of a vibration conveyor, which has conveying channel (16) and is assigned to sub-quantity-storage container (15). Nozzle (27) for subjecting conveying surface (29) of conveying channel (16) to air flow (30) oriented in the conveying direction is arranged in a transition region between product-distributing device (13) and conveying channel (16), wherein nozzle (27) is located below transfer edge (19) of product-distributing device (13) and is installed with a reverse offset relative to transfer edge (19) in the direction opposite to the feed direction of conveying channel (16), so as to blow the product already during its free fall from the product-distributing device into the conveying channel.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling packaging of a product, in particular leaf lettuce, even with a relatively high moisture content.
