The device contains an upper horizontal platform with a hatch, the opening of which does not exceed the size of the inner space of the tray. Vertical side walls with opening movable parts are installed along the edge of the hatch opening on the upper platform, which together with the molding rod moving above the hatch bend the product, which can then be placed in the tray. The manhole cover opens to transport the product through it to a tray located on a lower horizontal platform. A vertical piston moves the product through a channel formed by vertical side walls and a manhole opening.

EFFECT: thus, it is ensured the possibility of packing a product into a tray that initially has a size larger than the size of the tray, and automating the process of forming and packaging products, which leads to the absence of manual labor at this stage, reducing the complexity of the process, and increasing speed.
