SUBSTANCE: use: for the manufacture and use of micro channels with gas. Invention consists in that a cooling system contains: micro channel comprising at least a base and a side member, wherein the base and the side member are configured to form at least a portion of an inlet and an outlet; and a gas containing a constituent particle, the gas passage through the micro channel is caused by creating a pressure differential between the first pressure and the second pressure, wherein the first gas pressure near the inlet is atmospheric and the second gas pressure near the outlet is lower than the atmospheric; wherein the micro channel is configured in such a way that a gas flow can pass through it from the inlet to the outlet in the first direction substantially perpendicular to a cross-section of the micro channel ; base is selected from a range of materials for the base, consisting of: aluminum sheet, anodized aluminum, aluminum with teflon coating, painted aluminum, copper sheet, graphene and pyrolytic graphite; side member is selected from a range of materials for the side element consisting of: aluminum foil, copper foil, graphene and pyrolytic graphite; and the side member has a thickness in the range from approximately 0.5 mcm to approximately 500 mcm, and the micro channel has a thickness in the range from approximately 0.5 mcm to approximately 500 mcm is formed in part by placing the side member on the base.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of creating micro channels to control the gas temperature.
