FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in heat exchangers for microdevices. The materials, components and methods intended at fabrication and use of microscale channels with the fluid medium for system of heat exchange are presented, and temperature and a flow of the fluid medium is regulated, partially, at the expense of macroscopic geometry of the microscale channel and selection at least of part of a wall of the microscale channel and components of the particles forming the fluid medium. Besides, the wall of the microscale channel and the making particles are selected so that collisions between the component particles and a wall to be, mainly, mirror. The accelerating and decelerating elements provided here can be implemented with microscale channels which can have, as a rule, a spiral trajectory.
