SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communications and can be used to control wireless communications. Communication control device comprises a circuit configured to calculate and extract the transmission power including the nominal transmission power and margin to prevent interference for one or more secondary systems that reuse frequency channels protected for the primary system, determining changes in the number of secondary systems and adjusting the margin to prevent interference when the change in the number of secondary systems is higher than a predetermined value, and signalling margin adjustment to prevent interference to the secondary system.
EFFECT: technical result is the simultaneous prevention of harmful interference and the speed of power release under conditions in which multiple secondary systems can be controlled.
