SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mobile communication. Invention provides an information format and an apparatus used by a base station to make a scheduling decision, when the base station allocates a resource to a terminal in a mobile communication system. Invention also provides a terminal operation to accurately report maximum transmission power to a base station during scheduling. Provided also is a method of calculating maximum transmission power constantly regardless of channels status.
EFFECT: technical result is the efficient processing of information in the mobile communication system.
