FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: heating system (1) for residential premises is described containing the heat exchanger (2) having the primary circuit (3) and the secondary circuit (4), where the primary circuit (3) is connected to the heat source, and the secondary circuit (4) is connected to the heating plant containing multiple branches (6, 7), with each branch (6, 7) having the heat exchanging device (8, 9). In the line (15) between the heat exchanger (2) and the branches (6, 7) there is the valve device (14) with the flow control valve (16) and the pressure control valve (17) that maintains a constant pressure difference across the flow control valve (16).

EFFECT: such a residential heating system shall minimize heat consumption.
