SUBSTANCE: present invention characterizes adjusting device (1) for self-adjusting control of flow control valve (2) in consumer circuit (3) with heat exchanger (30), in particular in thermostatting system (10) for buildings with thermal control source (4), liquid heat carrier and pump (5). Besides, invention relates to distributing device (11) for self-tuning distribution of liquid heat carrier to at least two or more consumers circuits (3) with heat exchangers (30), which in each case include flow control valve (2), in thermostatting system (10) with thermostatting source (4) and pump (5), wherein distributing device (11) has feed header (13) and return collector (14). To them input circuits (3) are connected to outlet side and output side. Flow valves (2) are arranged on feed header (13) or on return collector (14).

EFFECT: efficient and simple device.
