FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pump engineering, in particular hose pumps. In the method, a hose pump for transporting a fluid to be conducted in a hose comprises support 2 for the hose with counter support 4. Bearing disk 1 is made with the possibility of rotation relative to counter support 2. Several squeezing rollers 3 are located on bearing disc 1 at equal distances from each other in the direction of the circle. Several guide rollers 5 are located on bearing disk 5 at equal distances from each other in the circumference direction. Between every two squeezing rollers 3, following each other in the direction of the circumference of bearing disc 1, there is guide roller 5 respectively. When bearing disc 1 rotates in the feed direction (F), squeeze rollers 3 press the hose inserted into hose support 2, pressing the hose against counter support 4 to transport the fluid in the feed direction. Angular distance (Δ) between guide roller 5a and squeeze roller 3b preceding this guide roller 5a in the feed direction (F) is greater than the angular distance δ between guide roller 5a and squeeze roller 3a, which follows guide roller 5a in the feed direction.
EFFECT: ensures reliable injection of a part of the pumping hose; prevents spontaneous release of the nested section of the hose from the filled position during operation of the pump.
