FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas purification by adsorbents, which regeneration is performed by the hot gas passing through the adsorbent, and can be used, for example, in the gas, oil, oil refining and petrochemical industries. Adsorption device is the body divided into at least three sections for at least three gas flows directing: the main flow, the cooling flow and the regeneration flow. First section makes the main flow main outlet, second section makes the cooling flow inlet and the third section makes the regeneration flow inlet, and at the second in the axial direction rotor end the body contains at least two sections: the first section, which forms the main flow inlet, and the second section, which forms the cooling and regeneration flows common inlet. Located at the rotor first end the second section contains the additional main flow outlet and consists of two parts, namely, the first part, forming the said cooling flow inlet, and the second part, forming the cooling flow additional outlet, at that, the two parts are interconnected by means of available for this connection means. According to the invention, the cylindrical body is radially divided into four segments by metal partitions (the number of segments corresponds to the number of process steps), filled with the adsorbent (for example, a zeolite or silica gel), and horizontally, the device is divided into independent compartments (at least two) formed by the adsorptive permeable partitions.

EFFECT: aim of the present invention is the device design simplification and increase in the adsorbent occupied volumes, when using the segmented device, additionally horizontally divided into independent compartments, which ensure the efficient heat and mass transfer.
