SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry. A Z-shaped mucosal incision is made in the region of the teeth adjacent to the anastomosis. In this case, the fistula area is bordered. The mucous membrane of the alveolar process is prepared from the vestibular side, and the periosteum is left attached to the bone tissue in the fistula area. To obtain PRF material in the form of a clot, the patient's autologous blood in a volume of 9-18 ml is centrifuged for 3-5 minutes at 500-1000 rpm. Next, xenogenic bone-plastic material or auto-bone shavings are added to the resulting plasma in a ratio with plasma as 1:3, respectively. Then centrifuge again for 12-15 minutes at 2500-3000 rpm. Next, a needle with a thread is injected into the periosteum from the vestibular side of the anastomosis. The resulting PRF material is injected into the anastomosis and stitched through the clot. Then, through the periosteum and then in the reverse order, a needle with a thread is injected into the mucous membrane from the palatal side. The fistula area is covered with a PRF membrane. The epithelial flap is placed in place.

EFFECT: method allows closing the oronasal anastomosis with simultaneous restoration of bone tissue in the area of the bone defect less traumatically, eliminating the need for bone grafting of the alveolar process and performing implantation at an earlier time.
