FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition C2–C3 random copolymer. Composition of C2–C3 random copolymer contains 3 polymer fractions (A), (B) and (C) with different comonomer content. Fraction (A) includes 30–65 wt. % C2–C3 random copolymer with ethylene content (C2A) 0.4–1.5 wt. % of the total mass of the copolymer (A), as measured using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Fraction (B) includes 25–50 wt. % C2–C3 random copolymer with ethylene content (C2B) 3.0–10.0 wt. % of the total mass of the copolymer (B). Fraction (C) includes 5–35 wt. % C2–C3 random copolymer with ethylene content (C2C) 7.0–15.0 wt. % of the total mass of the copolymer (C). Sum of 3 polymer fractions (A), (B) and (C) is 100 %, and the content of comonomer in the polymer fractions increases from fraction (A) to fraction (C) according to (C2A) < (C2B) < (C2C).
EFFECT: technical result is an improved balance between the initial temperature of welding (SIT) and the melting point (Tm), good optical properties, low content of substances soluble in hexane.
