FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry and medicine, namely to a polyionic infusion solution with a detoxifying effect, which has a pH from 7.0 to 5.5 and contains 0.500–0.700 wt.% of sodium chloride, 0.010–0.014 wt.% of magnesium chloride, 0.025–0.035 wt.% of potassium chloride, 1.350–1.650 wt.% of meglumine sodium succinate as a biologically active component, 0.0014–0.1827 wt.% of stabilizing agent and water for injection (the rest), wherein the stabilizing agent is either a pharmaceutically acceptable carboxylic acid or a combination of the following acids: ethylenediaminotetraacetic, ethane, 2-hydroxybutanedioic, 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-propane-carboxylic, butanedioic, trans-butanedioic, 2,3-dihydroxybutanedioic, 2-hydroxypropanoic, carbon; either a pharmaceutically acceptable inorganic acid or a combination of the following acids: hydrochloric, phosphoric, sulfuric; or their combination.
EFFECT: invention ensures the stability of the solution during long-term storage and reduction of toxic impurities.
