FIELD: experimental medicine; pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: every day for 6 days, rats are intraperitoneally injected with Reamberin at a dose of 100 mg/kg of succinate. Then noise exposure is carried out with a sound pressure level of 95–105 dB and an exposure duration of 1 hour.
EFFECT: method allows to correct lipid peroxidation processes under acoustic load in an experiment, based on a decrease in the content of lipid peroxidation products in the blood of animals and an increase in the activity of the main components of the antioxidant system, in conditions of a decrease in the course dose of the succinate-containing corrector.
