FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for producing precatalyst for catalytic system for polymerization of olefins, precatalyst obtained in this way, catalytic system containing precatalyst, and to method for producing a catalytic system. A method for producing precatalyst for catalytic system for thpolymerization of olefins is characterized by the fact that in planetary reactor in anaerobic atmosphere, mechanochemical reaction occurs between alkyl halide and / or aryl, alkali or alkaline earth metal, compounds of transition metal of 4-5 groups in the medium of organic solvent; after the reaction, the precipitate obtained is washed with toluene and the precatalyst is isolated by evaporating resulting extracts in vacuum. In this case, compounds of transition metal of 4-5 groups with alkali or alkaline earth metal are taken in a ratio of 1–50 mmol to 1 mmol of transition metal compound. Catalytic system for the polymerization of olefins comprises specified precatalyst and activator in amount to allow polymerization reaction of olefins.
EFFECT: technical result of claimed invention is to increase productivity of catalytic system by increasing speed of reaction of polymerization of olefins, target product yield and simultaneous simplification of the process technology due to its (system) complete or partial heterogenization.
