PROCESS FLUID MEDIUM FLOW PRESSURE TRANSMITTER FOR HIGH PRESSURE APPLICATIONS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01L19/14 F15B5/00 G01L7/02

Abstract RU 2676796 C1

FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the process fluid pressure flow transmitter (100). Transmitter (100) includes a connection element (102) for the process fluid, configured to be connected to the process fluid source. Plug (190) is connected to the process fluid connecting element (102) and has a channel (181) configured to transmit the process fluid to the plug (190) far end (183). Pressure transducer subunit (180) is connected to the plug (190) by the weld seam (187). Pressure transducer subunit (180) has a pressure sensor (185), functionally connected to the channel (181) far end (183) so, that the pressure sensor (185) reacts to the process fluid pressure. Plug (190) includes a wall (186) defining the hole inside the insulating plug and surrounding the welding seam wall (187). Transmitter's electronic circuits are connected to the pressure sensor (185) and configured to measure the pressure sensor (185) electrical response and provide the process fluid pressure value based on the measured electrical response.

EFFECT: increase in the in-line pressure transmitter fatigue life.
