FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the textile industry and can be used for the manufacture of single and multi-strip conveyor belts with elastomeric coating, mainly multi-strip rubber-fabric conveyor belts used in the transportation of rock mass. Proposed woven frame conveyor belt with an elastomeric coating is made of a two-layer two-faced weave, in which the layers are interconnected by all weft threads, passing from layer to layer. Full rapport of weave fabric consists of four rapports of plain weave, arranged in pairs in two levels parallel to one another, the midpoints of all weft threads in the transition from layer to layer from top to bottom and from bottom to top are located on one common inflection line of transverse elements of the fabric, forming a conventional hinge chain, the links of which consist of two identical rapports of plain weave, one above the other. In this case, the thickness of the fabric elements in the zones of the kink lines is equal to the thickness of the weft yarn.
EFFECT: this design of the proposed woven frame provides a higher degree of tray formation of conveyor belts made on its basis; for all other indicators of the proposed woven frame meets the requirements for woven frames of rubber-fabric conveyor belts.
