FIELD: textile.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is biaxiisotropic industrial fabric for elastomer coating, made by double-layer weaving of identical in raw material composition and linear density warp and weft threads. Fabric is formed by connection of two identical four-ply by warp and weft double-layer weaves, containing by four warps threads arranged in pairs in two levels-layers and by four weft threads. Three of four weft threads (two interwoven with warp threads of only upper or lower layer are background and one if straight-filling) are located in one plane above each other. Fourth weft thread, rounding upper and lower layers warp threads in alternating order, connects them into two-layer weave. In obtained eight-thread repetition by warp two background weft threads of each level-layer are connected to each other, forming wavy branches arranged in two levels. Straight filling weft threads of each composite repeats are bending and serve as connective and dressing weft threads. Connectivity coefficient at fabric filling from 75 % to 100 % can be in range from 5.0 to 10. Proposed fabric can be used as elastomer coated mechanical articles reinforcing frame, preferably for ground vehicles and aircrafts “soft” fuel tanks production, middle and heavy series rubber-rope conveyor belts protective layer-breaker, rubber-fabric hoses and other industrial rubber articles.

EFFECT: proposed fabric without elastomer coating can be used for production of special protective clothes, body armor and armor plates, parts of shoes, industrial filters partitions for filtration of fluids and gas-air mixtures.
